Corporate Functions
Corporate Swings can set up indoors or outdoors, record the golf swings of any or all participants for any type of corporate function golf related or not. Offering this service at non-related golf events provides a fun, entertaining and unique perk to employees, clients or potential customers attending your function. This value added program can also be advertised in your marketing campaign to help generate registration to your event.
A professionally packaged email will be sent to every participant that had their swing recorded following the event. The video email will contain a personal swing analysis compared to a PGA tour player; featuring voice over and draw tool depictions. Corporations will be able to personalize the email and tailor the content to their liking including any commercials or advertisements. It allows organizations, companies and sponsors to use this program as a marketing strategy to showcase any upcoming events, products and services.
Program Costs:
- $125/hour/function (minimum $500 fee)
- $5.99 for each video email sent + HST (within the Greater Toronto Area – GTA). Anyone who had their swing recorded will receive a swing analysis and marketing material provided by the host company
- Events outside of the GTA can be accommodated (travel expenses to be covered by the company hosting the event)
Trade Shows
Corporate Swings would be pleased to set up in your booth at Trade Shows to attract customers. Potential clients would be allowed to come in hit balls and have their swings recorded. What better opportunity to close a sale by initially attracting them into your booth via Corporate Swings. Additionally, within days of the show a professionally packaged email would be sent to each person who participated. The video email will contain a personal swing analysis of the potential client compared to a PGA tour player; featuring voice over and draw tool depictions. Corporations will be able to personalize the email and tailor the content to their liking including any commercials or advertisements. Utilizing Corporate Swings is a great marketing tool to showcase any upcoming events, products and services after having enticed customers into your booth following the trade show. Please note that the booth size must be big enough to accommodate the supplied hitting net and mat with no limitations to swing a golf club.
